phwhin Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "phwhin," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the online casino platform operating at phwhin.cam and its authorized representatives.
• "Player," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the phwhin platform for gaming services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon registration with phwhin.
• "Services" refers to all online casino games, sports betting, lottery, and related gaming entertainment provided through the phwhin platform.
• "Platform" means the phwhin website accessible at phwhin.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives offered by phwhin to Players.
• "Real Money" means Philippine Pesos (PHP) deposited by Players and available for wagering on phwhin games.
• "Wagering Requirements" means the amount a Player must bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn as Real Money.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. phwhin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts until verification is completed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use phwhin services. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their participation in phwhin gaming activities is legal under applicable local, state, or national laws.

2.3 Account Registration

To access phwhin services, Players must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Players are permitted to maintain only one (1) account with phwhin. Creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

phwhin implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and selfie photographs for verification purposes. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. phwhin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their phwhin account credentials including username and password. Passwords must be strong, unique, and not shared with any third party. Players should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available for enhanced security. phwhin will never request your password via email, SMS, or telephone. Any suspicious requests should be reported immediately to customer support.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

Players are fully responsible for all activity conducted through their phwhin account. This includes all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phwhin immediately. phwhin is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by Player negligence in securing their credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

Players must ensure all information provided to phwhin remains accurate and up-to-date. If your contact details, address, or other personal information changes, you must update your account information promptly. phwhin may suspend accounts if we are unable to contact Players using the provided information or if information is discovered to be false or misleading.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

phwhin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is Fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50) for e-wallet transactions and One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player account status. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Players may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly and reflected in Player accounts within minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process depending on the originating bank. phwhin does not charge fees for deposits, however, payment providers or banks may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Players may withdraw winnings via the same methods used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum daily withdrawal limits are Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱500,000) but may vary based on Player VIP status and account verification level. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in the Player's name matching their phwhin account registration details.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once a withdrawal request is approved, GCash and PayMaya cashouts typically complete within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. First-time withdrawals require successful KYC verification which may extend processing time. phwhin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from accounts flagged for unusual activity.

4.5 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms. Players may not withdraw funds if bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled unless they forfeit the remaining bonus balance.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Gaming

Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be influenced by phwhin or Players. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages. 5.2 Game Rules

In the event of disputes regarding game outcomes, phwhin's records of gameplay, transactions, and system logs shall be considered authoritative. Players are encouraged to keep personal records of gaming sessions for their own reference.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical errors, malfunctions, or system failures affecting game outcomes, phwhin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund wagered amounts to Player accounts. This includes but is not limited to disconnections, server errors, incorrect odds displays, or game software bugs. phwhin is not liable for losses incurred due to technical issues beyond our control including internet service provider failures or Player device malfunctions.

5.4 Betting Limits

Each game on the phwhin platform has minimum and maximum betting limits displayed within the game interface. phwhin reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time and to impose individual betting limits on specific Player accounts based on account activity, game selection, or risk management considerations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by phwhin are subject to specific terms and conditions which must be read and accepted before claiming. These terms include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while using bonus funds, time limits for meeting requirements, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. Bonus terms are available on the phwhin promotions page and within each bonus offer.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

phwhin strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Players, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activities that circumvent the intended promotional terms. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended or terminated.

6.3 Promotional Changes

phwhin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We may also exclude individual Players from promotional eligibility based on account history, gaming patterns, or other factors at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phwhin platform including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game software, user interface design, and source code are the exclusive property of phwhin or our licensed game providers and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any phwhin content without express written permission. The phwhin name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

8. Prohibited Activities

Players agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using phwhin services:

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Philippine laws and regulations
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through cheating, collusion, hacking, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate game outcomes
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals
• Depositing funds from sources other than your own legitimate financial accounts
• Using phwhin services for money laundering or other financial crimes
• Harassing or abusing customer support staff or other Players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from phwhin software
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with phwhin platform operations

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

phwhin provides gaming services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phwhin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, or inability to access the platform. phwhin's total liability to any Player for all claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by phwhin

phwhin reserves the right to suspend or terminate Player accounts at any time with or without cause and with or without notice. Reasons for suspension may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks or payment disputes, abusive behavior toward staff, or inactive accounts. During suspension, Players cannot access their accounts, place bets, or withdraw funds pending investigation.

10.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting phwhin customer support. Before closing an account, all pending bets must be settled and wagering requirements fulfilled. Remaining balances will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method subject to successful identity verification. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, and Players must register a new account if they wish to use phwhin services again in the future (subject to our policies against multiple accounts).

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players concerned about problem gambling may request self-exclusion for a specified period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account will be locked and cannot be accessed. phwhin will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded Players from creating new accounts, however, ultimate responsibility rests with the Player to avoid circumventing self-exclusion measures.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between Players and phwhin, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. Players should contact phwhin customer support to report disputes and provide all relevant information. phwhin will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If disputes cannot be resolved through customer support, Players may escalate complaints to our management team. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

phwhin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email, platform notifications, or prominent notice on the phwhin website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revisions. Continued use of phwhin services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Players who do not agree to updated terms must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
